Dealer Spotlight: Home AV Direct

Every month we turn our focus to one retailer from our wide-ranging dealer network, in order to highlight the importance of good, local service when buying your latest piece of hi-fi equipment. All the retailers we supply are able to offer a good level of service, and those features in Dealer Spotlight are shining examples of that commitment to supporting each and every customer they interact with. This month, we're turning our attention to Hayes, home to Home AV Direct.

Home AV Direct as it’s own entity was established in 2009, although the main company, Car Audio & Security has been trading since 1999. The business had already been ‘dabbling’ with home audio and lifestyle products for a few years but continuous growth and demand dictated that a separate department and dedicated website be set up to grow the business and take it further.

The business has grown significantly in the last 10 years and now offers a wide array of home audio, headphones, home cinema and DJ products, from a variety of brands including Bose, Sonos, Denon, Yamaha, JBL, Beyerdynamic, Pioneer, Onkyo, Numark, Mackie, Q-Acoustics and Sennheiser. An easy to reach store which is only a few minutes away from the M25, M4 and M40 with dedicated car parking and in store demo facilities make the buying experience that more enjoyable.

Currently, the business operates out of 3 buildings totalling nearly 40,000 sq. ft. Next year (2020) will bring a further new dimension to Home AV Direct, with a new showroom of circa 6,000sq.ft opening directly next door. The new showroom will see a significant expansion into home automation, lighting and cinema products. Furthermore, there will be at least 3 dedicated home audio rooms, including a state of the art Dolby Atmos THX cinema room. With all this in mind, the experience and advise we offer, location and brands on demo, Home AV Direct has cemented itself as one of the leading independent Home Audio retailers in the country.
