Pro-Ject launches an all-new acrylic turntable, the XA B

Pro-Ject Audio Systems has always been focused on producing turntables that deliver a true high-end sound, regardless of budget. However, in a time where interest in vinyl playback continues to rise and music lovers increasingly want their equipment to reflect their own style and identity, product aesthetics have also become more important than ever. The Austrian analogue specialists have been at the forefront of this developing visual trend, producing a variety of turntables to suit different interior spaces.

The new XA B (SRP £1,099.00) was born out of Pro-Ject's desire to once again produce an affordable high-end turntable that was based on a transparent acrylic plinth, like the long-standing 6 Perspex and Perspective models that came before it. However, the overall design has also been carefully considered to ensure this new model is not just good looking, as the 10" tonearm, aluminium platter and smooth motor system all combine to ensure a high-end playback experience that is True Balanced-ready out of the box.
