Pro-Ject releases a new affordable CD Player into their E-Line range

Pro-Ject Audio Systems, the world-renowned producer of hi-fi stereo equipment, is today announcing the introduction of a new CD Player in its E-Line electronics range. The ethos behind the new CD player remains the same as it always has been - a compact and affordable solution for any hifi system, with quality components and performance throughout. Previously the entry line of Pro-Ject Electronics didn't have a CD player, so this addition brings Pro-Ject-quality CD playback capability to more people than ever before at an accessible price point.

Featuring the same beautiful brushed and anodized aluminium front panel as Pro-Ject's S, DS or RS players, it will be a sure eye-catcher in your living room. The rest of the chassis is made of a rigid metal sheet assuring stability and immunity against outer mechanical and electromagnetical influences. Visually, it is an homage to Pro-Ject's original CD Box, which used the same combination of aluminium front panel and metal chassis.

Inside the CD Box E, you can find a true Red-Book CD Drive situated in stock-proof mounting that will provide you with low noise floor, and high digital sound quality. In addition, the superior quality DAC offers detailed resolution, and fantastic sound at this price point.

External interference from interconnects and cables is also reduced with thanks to the CD Box E's low impedance and output buffer, providing you with a very clean, neutral sound. Furthermore, with the ability to connect to an external DAC, the versatility of this CD player provides fantastic functionality and ease of use.
