Thanks to Pro-Ject's extensive knowledge and engineering ability, though the AC/DC turntable looks truly unique, it's still able to perform to a hi-fi quality standard. From the MDF plinth, through the new acrylic sub-platter and heavy red glass platter, onto the stainless steel bearing and quiet running motor, the turntable operates smoothly with minimised vibrations and excellent speed stability. The acrylic tonearm, inspired by the design of our popular Dark Side of the Moon turntable, is then finished with an Ortofon 2M Red to both match the overall aesthetic of the turntable and to deliver great sound out of the box.
