The well-established AMT-1 Air Motion Transformer, co-engineered by Piega, features in the Ace speaker series and continues to set the standard in this price range. This ribbon tweeter uses an extremely light, 24 × 36 mm folded membrane and a powerful magnetic drive made of high-purity neodymium.
The AMT-1 ensures an airy and detailed sound with excellent transient response and the lowest levels of distortion.
The MDS cone drivers, also developed by Piega, have been re-engineered for improved reproduction in the low and mid frequencies, giving the Ace series loudspeaker exceptional bass performance.

The loudspeakers’ aesthetic appearance was designed by Swiss designer Stephan Hürlemann. The eye-catching oval shape, rounded towards the baffle, is a Piega signature design with every part of the loudspeaker almost seamlessly bonded together. The integrated front grille curves gently around the loudspeaker profile, forming a harmonious cabinet that blends discreetly into any living space. The shape also effectively eliminates the impact of standing waves within the chassis, for improved acoustic performance.
The Ace Series is designed to the same standard as other Piega loudspeakers, but at a more affordable price. Both outstanding technical features and state of the art details work together to transform the Ace series into an example of fine craftsmanship.
The series is available in silver, black anodized, or white lacquered finish. With the Ace series, Piega have introduced sandblasting on both the black and silver models, a technique that gives the speaker’s surface a high-end look and feel.
